Fees
$350 for Workshop (including audio MP3)
$300 early bird fee one month in advance

Registration Process
Complete the registration form (PDF) and send it with proof of EMDR Basic Training (by mail, fax or email attachment; see Contact Us). Make full payment by check made out to Awake Mind and mail with your registration, or pay online with VISA or Mastercard only.

Registration will be confirmed by email upon receipt of the registration information, payment in full, and proof of completion of EMDR Basic Training.

Refund Policy
Up to 3 weeks before program starts, full refund minus $75 cancellation fee. Less than 3 weeks before program no refund.

Continuing Education Credits
Awake Mind is an EMDRIA-approved Continuing Education Provider (#09003). Mindfulness, Meditation & EMDR is approved for 12 EMDRIA Continuing Education Credits.

This program is approved by the National Association of Social Workers (Provider #886531181) for 12 continuing education contact hours.

Awake Mind is solely responsible for this program and its content. Participants must attend the entire session in order to receive the certificate of completion (12 CEUs).

Things to Know
Please wear loose comfortable layered clothing to the workshop. For most of the guided mindfulness practices we will be sitting in chairs. There will be one lying down guided practice on Saturday morning; please bring a blanket for that segment.

Lunch will be "on your own" both days of the workshop; nearby restaurant options will be provided.
